Return time limit

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Meanwhile,Our company will cover the shipping fee for products with quality problems or wrong shipment. Customers can easily return the product to our warehouse in Hong Kong, as well as ask for replacement or refund of money.
Return type not allowed
Several types of items are exempt from returns. Products sold during the event cannot be returned due to non-quality problems, and private and disposable products cannot be returned.

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Items sold cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
